Demian McKinley has practiced bodywork and taught yoga around the world for the past 5 years. Originally a field biologist for the Nature Conservancy and in the Alaskan fishing industry, Demian gravitated toward yoga and the healing arts after developing back problems from his work.

Therapeutic bodywork is his passion. Certified in Body Logic, a deep form of structural work that awakens and realigns the body’s deep energetics and physical structure, he brings his therapeutic experience into vibrant and creative yoga classes and workshops.

Demian is a multi-certified instructor and an avid practitioner of AcroYoga since 2005. He has studied with Yamuna Zake in New York City and Emil Wendel and Julie Martin in Goa India. He currently lives in Kauai, Hawaii.
