March 22 (Monday) is a national holiday for the vernal equinox. We will offer a a special 3-hour full-spectrum led Vinyasa III class with Michael. It is suitable for intermediate and above students. Anyone currently taking our Vinyasa II classes should be comfortable in this class.

On the last two Tuesdays of the month, Yusui will be on holiday so the evening Ashtanga class will be canceled. In its place, Michael will teach a Vinyasa I class at 7:00 PM. This is an all-levels class. Please note the different starting time for this class. Beginning on the first Tuesday of April, we expect to have Kazuya back teaching Ashtanga.
