On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6:30 - 9:00, Maneesh Kalra conducts an early morning practice based on the “Mysore” approach of Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty. Many morning-practice students adhere to the Ashtanga Primary sequence, but everyone is welcome to do their own self-practice. For students new to yoga or seeking to learn alignment-focused, breath-centered hatha yoga, Maneesh offers hands-on instruction. Drop-ins are welcome. The cost is ¥2,500 per class, or ¥12,000 for a monthly pass.
NOTE: In the event of a full class, priority is given to pass holders.
