Over five days in January, Brian Hogencamp will teach an intensive course that introduces and delves into the details of the Iyengar Yoga approach to the yoga practice.
Each day will be divided into two sessions with a break in between:
Session 1: a class focused on the asana practice;
Session 2: a class centered on further exploration and deconstruction of the themes taught in the morning plus Q&A time.
Note: On the weekend, the afternoon sessions will also include restoratives and asana as foundation for pranayama.
Intended for yoga teachers, Iyengar Yoga students, and all experienced yoga practitioners seeking to expand their understanding of how yoga can improve health and wellness, Brian’s intermediate-level course is open to anyone with at least 1-2 years of dedicated practice.
