Note: Content of the two classes is the same
Mike Trees, a multiple-time world champion in distance running and the triathlon, will teach a special class at Yoga Tree on running technique and skills development for all runners. Mike’s focus is on teaching a natural and efficient running action. Who would not want to use less energy and yet run a little faster than they are at present?
The class comprises discussion and drills inside the studio followed by a group run. The class concludes at the studio where Michael Glenn will teach a few post-run stretches for releasing muscular tension and restoration.
This class is for all levels of runners. The only prerequisite is the desire to improve.
Class will take place rain or shine. In the case of heavy rain, the practice will take place indoors.
Please bring a large towel for covering the props.
Please wear a mask inside the studio and when arriving and leaving.
