Let’s learn to care for our minds and bodies together to enhance our natural healing ability. In this class for women, we will practice asana and basic pranayama to improve communication with the body and enjoy a tranquil mind. Through mindful observation, we will learn how to replenish our psychological and psychical states. Each session in this 6-class series has a unique theme relevant to women. You are welcome to attend the entire series or drop in on individual sessions Bilingual class for women of all ages. Note regarding pregnancy: This is not a prenatal/postnatal class.
