スタジオのレギュラークラスにZoomで参加できます！ クラスの内容、言語に関してはスタジオスケジュールをご覧ください。 ヨガマットの他にレッスンではプロップスもよく使用します。ヨガベルト、ブロック、ブランケット、ボルスター、椅子、壁などご用意いただけるとスタジオと同じように練習できます。お持ちでない場合はベルト、大判タオル、クッションなどで代用ください。 Join our regular studio classes from home over Zoom! Our classes commonly use blocks, belts, blankets and walls. Note that some classes may also involve the use of bolsters and yoga chairs and if you do not have such items, you may have to improvise.
