Along with various physical benefits, pranayama promotes concentration, clarity of mind, and calmness. In classical yoga, Pranayama is a gateway to meditation. Sessions are structured this way: • 7:30 - 7:40: Introduction and general instructions with Q&A time. Until you have experience in Pranayama, you should attend this part of the class. It’s a good time to ask questions. • 7:40 - 8:00: Pranayama, centering on Kapalbhati and Ujjayi Pranayama. Limited to 15 students per class.
