• Small group class taught in the energetic style of Maty Ezraty • Personalized instruction aligned to you and your level of experience • Build strength, heighten focus, and energize yourself for the day through an effective daily practice • Typical class content: Surya Namaskar (in the style of Maty Ezraty), standing postures, seated postures, and level-based inversion practice development • Limited to 10 students per class • Recommended props: yoga mat, 2 blocks (belt and blankets may also be useful)
