いつもご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。
受講するには、予約システムをご利用ください。受講前に必ず次のスタジオ利用の内容をお読みください。
クラスの受講について
クラスは定員制とさせていただきます。お席を確保するために、予約システムをご利用ください。ご予約がなく直接スタジオにお見えになり、予約で既に定員に達している場合はご参加いただけませんので、ご了承ください。また、クラス開始後の入室はお断りしています。クラスの予約、キャンセルポリシーなど詳細についてはこちらをご覧ください。
ヨガマット、プロップス
ヨガマット、ベルト等は、お持ちいただくようお勧めします。スタジオのマットやプロップスは無料でご利用いただけます。使用後に設置の消毒スプレーとペーパータオルで拭いてください。
ブランケット、ボルスター：皆様に清潔にご利用いただくために、バスタオルなど大判のタオルをお持ちいただき、カバーしてご使用いただくようご協力をお願いいたします。
リストラティブヨガの受講について
リストラティブヨガのクラスでは、ブランケット、ボルスター、ヨガベルトなどのプロップスを多用します。受講するには、バスタオルなどの大判のタオルをお持ちいただき、プロップスをカバーして使用していただくよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。
クラスの休講や代行
状況に応じて、休講など急な変更が発生する場合もあります。お越しになる前に必ず最新スケジュールをご確認くださいますよう、お願いいたします。
チケット
チケットは5回券、10回券、ドロップインをご購入いただけます。有効期限は3か月となります。
更衣室
更衣室は2~3名でのご利用にご協力ください。
換気
スタジオの換気のために、レッスン中に窓を開けます。そのため、室内の温度が安定しない場合や外の音が入りますが、ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。
Policies and Procedures
Please read the studio procedures below before coming to the studio.
We ask for your understanding and support to ensure that we hold classes in an environment that feels both welcoming and secure for all.
Attending Classes
There is a restriction on the number of students per class. Please use our online reservation system to secure your spot. If you arrive at the studio without a reservation and the class is full, you will not be able to attend. Arrive on time! Once the class begins, the doors will be closed and late arrivals may not be allowed to enter. Information on class reservations.
Props
We encourage you to bring you own yoga mat and belt. Studio mats and props are also available for use free of charge. If you use any studio props, please clean it thoroughly with our sanitizer after the class.
Blankets and bolsters: To keep the soft props clean, we ask for your cooperation in bringing a large towel to cover them.
Restorative Yoga Classes
Our restorative yoga classes make extensive use blankets, bolsters and belts. We ask for your cooperation in bringing a large towel to cover them.
Possible Class Cancellations and Substitutions
We may have to cancel classes or have substitutions on short notice. Please check our online schedule before coming to the studio.
Tickets
We offer 5-class and 10-class ticket packs as well as drop-in tickets. The validity of the tickets is 3 months.
Changing Room
We ask for your cooperation in limiting the number of people in the changing room to no more than three at one time.
Ventilation
To maintain good air ventilation, we open the windows during class which will mean more outside noise inside the studio. We ask for your understanding.
